Medication and fluids are administered via a needle or catheter directly into the veins at a controlled rate when oral medication is not an option.


Vascular Access Devices (VAD) provide a direct pathway to the bloodstream that facilitate the delivery of medication and/or fluids.

Our Founder

Winston Murray B.A., R.N. is a graduate of Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey, where he earned his BA in economics and finance. He later earned a degree in nursing from the Christ Hospital School of Nursing in Jersey City, New Jersey. Mr. Murray completed his Picc certification in 1996 and has substantial experience in both Picc and midline insertions. 

Mr. Murray is a highly experience clinician with over 21 years of nursing experience, including 10 years of ER/Trauma, 16 years conduction infusion therapy, and 10 years working as a vascular access specialist. Mr. Murray’s overlapping tenure in these various fields has given him the experience and expertise to lead in the field as an Infusion and Vascular Access Specialist.

Mr. Murray conducts staff training to ensure strict adherence to proper nursing procedures and protocols. He is licensed in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
