Program. Apollo PICC Nursing Contractors LLC sends text-message alerts to its own staff, such as the on-call clinician, to let them know a new message is waiting in Apollo’s phone system. Alerts contain no patient information.

Who receives messages. Only Apollo staff who have agreed to receive alerts. Apollo does not send marketing texts.

Frequency. Message frequency varies with call volume.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
